Speaker:       Bob Snowden, Snowden Builders

Bob Snowden currently lives in Grandville where he has raised his family and has been building homes since 1994. He grew up in Sparta where his dad and grandfather were both Real Estate Brokers, Builders, and Developers, and owned the local Real Estate agency, John E. Snowden Real Estate, along with J & J Builders. Although it was never Bob’s intent, he coincidentally became a Real Estate Broker, Builder, and Developer himself and admits that it just seemed to be a natural transition and fit.

Bob and his beautiful wife Donna have been married for 30 years and together they have five kids, five grandchildren, and a Golden Retriever named Layla. Bob values a hard day’s work and also loves the outdoors including golfing, hunting, camping, and vacations, in addition to many other of the simple things that life has to offer.

Bob has a deep appreciation for and dedication to the homeowners and homes that he builds. His personable and calm demeanor establishes a confident professional relationship with clients. He prides himself on the relationships that he has built over the years with hundreds, if not thousands, of satisfied customers from both custom homes and remodeling. While Bob takes his job very seriously, he also enjoys people with a good sense of humor and likes joking around.
