Topic 1: Current real estate market trends/issues
Lori O’Brien is a licensed realtor and a member of both the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors (GRAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She joined Coldwell Banker Schmidt in 2014 and has diverse experience in single- and multi-family residences, condos, and investment opportunities. She is highly experienced with relocation buyers and first time buyers. In addition to her work as a realtor, Lori is a Certified Tourist Ambassador (CTA) for the City of Grand Rapids and is actively involved with the American Cancer Society as a board member for the East Grand Rapids Relay for Life.
